- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer via open and interactive communication.
- 2. Regular & timely interaction with the customer via various modes like calls, whatsapp, EDMs etc. as decided per the business plan.
- 3. Explain customized proposition to the customer basis the important dates (Birthday, Term Renew etc.).
- 4. Perform annual protection review calls as per the timelines Campaign Calling.
- 5. Perform Segmented product based campaigns including GLIP, SWP, FWP and others.
- 6. Ensure that the customers are aware of the offering and do not have any confusion regarding the same Perform Service Request Calls.
- 7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- 8. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- 9. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- 10. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
1. Certifications in Financial markets Like - AMFI / CFP , Gender – Female (Preferred).
2. Minimum 1 Year of experience in selling multiple financial products to affluent and HNI customers.
