1. Key responsibilities:
2. 1. Product Photography - Ideate & execute creative shoots ( Flatlays & Lifestyle shoots) for Brand’s Website & Social media keeping in mind the brand’s aesthetics. 
3. 2. Ecommerce Photography- Conduct white background Ecommerce product photoshoots to create imagery consistent with the guidelines of all major ecommerce portals. 
4. 3. Campaign Photography & Art Direction- Brainstorm, Plan & execute Campaign Model shoots for new launches along with the creative team. 
5. 4. Collaborative Shoots - Initiate & execute co-branded collaborative shoots with like minded brands in different categories. 
6. 5. Graphic Design – Create Banners for monthly website banner changes , for social media promotions, & designs for any brand communication collaterals.
7. 6. Reels & Videos – Create Regular reels/ videos in tune with the trends, brand’s personality & industry landscape, that can be used for social media, product launches and promotions. 
8. 7. Communication & Coordination with Marketing & Merchandising teams for any creative requirements 
9. 8. Taking ownership & ensuring care and upkeep of all studio equipments, props and supplies. 
10. 9. Creating exceptionally aesthetic images & creatives with the best concepts, lighting , colors & positioning that’s in tune with the brand’s Visual language.
11. 10. Image retouching & post production of all images/ videos with a creative eye to produce high quality and beautiful images that are color consistent , correctly exposed and as per Brand Guidelines. 
12. 11. Taking Creative ownership of your work and staying updated with latest design/ Photography trends , innovations and implementing them in your work.

15. 1. Fashion Communication or Design graduates with 0 -2 years experience in fashion/product photography. 
16. 2. Strong sense of fashion and minimal, clean aesthetics 
17. 3. Excellent communication skills and a strong flair for top-notch fashion creatives. 
18. 4. Should be energetic & proactive, that’ll ensure we stay ahead of the rapidly changing market. 
19. 5. The ability to plan well, execute fast, deliver before time, and stay on top of the work schedule. 
20. 6. Possesses a “hands-on” approach and an ability to multitask in a fast paced start up environment 
21. 7. Should be a team player & ready to take up ad hoc new tasks. 
22. 8. Obsessed about fashion and excited to work in a Fashion Start up. 
23. 9. Candidates based out of Bangalore, and willing to join immediately will be given preference 
24. 10.Should be self motivated , eager to learn and able to complete tasks without constant supervision 
25. 11.Flexibility to work beyond work timings when required in a fast paced start up environment 
26. 12.Should have excellent understanding of editing softwares and good knowledge of Videography is an added plus point.
