Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and networking sites to identify potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Resume Screening: Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews based on role requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Preliminary Interviews: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to gauge candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
