Job Description

1. 1. Conceptualize and design various materials for digital and print that convey accurate brand messaging
2. 2. Work independently as well as cooperatively with the in-house and out-house marketing team to meet deadlines
3. 3. Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations
4. 4. Examine existing processes and advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
5. 5. Develop original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
6. 6. Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and schedule project implementation based on workload
7. 7. Manage QA design for errors; implement feedback and changes whenever possible
