Job Description

  1. Key responsibilities:
  2. 1. Assisting customers with emergency and unexpected situations
  3. 2. Providing solutions for customer
  4. 3. Ensuring customer issues are resolved in timely manner and according to the SOPs
  5. 4. Understand customer needs and requirement
  6. 5. Initiating contacts with prospects and customers
  7. 6. Handling incoming calls
  8. 7. Supervise all unresolved compliant for sales
  9. 8. Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on the phone.

  11. Requirements: 
  12. 1. Min Age: 18 years
  13. 2. Educational qualification – graduate/postgraduate/diploma.
  14. 3. Job profile – Trainee
  15. 4. Gender – Male/Female/Others.
  16. 5. Process: Voice Process.
  17. 6. Language – English and Hindi.
  18. 7. Work in a 24*7 environment
  19. 8. Working Days : 6 in a week with rotational Week off!
  20. 9. Shift Hours : 9 Including 1 Hour break.
  21. 10. Certificate will be provided at the end of training. 
  22. 11. Duration of Internship – 30 days.
  23.  
  24. Skills Required:
  25. 1. Should have excellent communication skills.
  26. 2. Should be flexible working in rotational shifts
  27. 3. Should be a team player
  28. 4. Should have good knowledge of MS Office
  29. 5. Should be self-motivated and self-disciplined.
