Job Description
- Key responsibilities:
- 1. Assisting customers with emergency and unexpected situations
- 2. Providing solutions for customer
- 3. Ensuring customer issues are resolved in timely manner and according to the SOPs
- 4. Understand customer needs and requirement
- 5. Initiating contacts with prospects and customers
- 6. Handling incoming calls
- 7. Supervise all unresolved compliant for sales
- 8. Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on the phone.

- Requirements:
- 1. Min Age: 18 years
- 2. Educational qualification – graduate/postgraduate/diploma.
- 3. Job profile – Trainee
- 4. Gender – Male/Female/Others.
- 5. Process: Voice Process.
- 6. Language – English and Hindi.
- 7. Work in a 24*7 environment
- 8. Working Days : 6 in a week with rotational Week off!
- 9. Shift Hours : 9 Including 1 Hour break.
- 10. Certificate will be provided at the end of training.
- 11. Duration of Internship – 30 days.
