1. Key responsibilities:
2. 1. Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner
3. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction
4. 3. Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery
5. 4. Escalating customer feedback as required

7. Requirements:
8. 1. Preferably BBA and MBA freshers or a maximum of 3 months of experience
9. 2. No B. Tech, no B.E. but a diploma with 15 years of education is considered
10. 3. Only bachelor's and master's degrees- 2020-2021 graduates
11. 4. Freshers accepted

Candidate Preferences:

NO BE and Btech Graduates, only bachelors in BCOM or BBA or any other like BSc
