1. Define our positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market to support all our marketing campaigns.
2. Plan the launch of all new features and new products including defining the value proposition, messaging & orchestrating the creation of new collateral & assets.
3. Foster a deep understanding of products, how they work, how they compare to competitors, & the areas of opportunity.
4, Work closely with the customer success team to identify customers who have a good use for the product & set up interviews with them to create case-studies.
5. Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop all the sales enablement content like sales decks, battle cards, etc that support the selling process of our products. 6. Produce all the content related to product features - blogs, video scripts, landing pages, etc to drive engagement and raise the credibility. 7. Influence the GTM strategy by working closely with the paid marketing, growth, and sales teams 8. Review the work done by junior product marketers and provide feedback. 9. Also, liaise with the marketing operations team to get all the metrics for the product marketing initiatives.
Salary Range: 3.5 - 5.5 lpa
Skills required:
1. Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing or marketing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
2. Should have a very good understanding of all the product marketing concepts like Positioning, ICPs, Buyer Personas and Value Proposition. Has been involved in creating the positioning framework for at least 1 B2B product.
3. Excellent attention to detail and can create concise, compelling messaging for different audiences.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable engaging with customers and colleagues
5. Ability to create compelling and professional product marketing collateral like blogs, videos, landing pages, etc, and craft compelling marketing messages
