Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate will be closely working with IT Service Desk Team
2. Work with stakeholders to collect requirement, define scope, plan schedule, quality, resources and identify risks.
3. Co-ordination with different designers, developers and different technical teams in case of issues. Provide resolution of the issue and worked towards closure.
4. Ensure adherence to service process & procedures and monitored it closely with concerned teams.
5. Work with various teams towards requirement gathering, documentation, testing and deployment and production support.
6. Responsible to create process documents and get approvals/ sign-off from the operations team.
7. Experience working closely with the operations team, senior business stakeholders, technical team, delivery team and other stakeholders.
8. Accountable for accuracy of the project documents and getting the changes approved from all the stakeholders.
9. Proactively engage with all the stakeholders to keep all the project documents updated and approved.
10. As part of Service Assurance worked with the IM & service desk teams to identify faults in the network and resolve these issues in a timely manner so as to minimize service downtime.
11. Proactively pinpoint, diagnose and resolve service quality degradations or device malfunctions before subscribers are impacted.
12. Work in lifecycle and capability development.
13. Coordinating for major hardware and software upgrades / changeovers etc. in the network.
14. Setting up facilities as per the defined scope of work; inclusive of site survey, installation & commissioning of network management center.
15. Designing & implementing Network Operating Centers entailing network planning, Infrastructure & System Design, and its subsequent operations, optimization and maintenance.
16. Arrange and lead Cross Functional Team calls, Conduct Continuous analysis and provide recommendation for the improvements for identified issues
17. Excellent Communication and leadership abilities and the ability to perform and deliver under pressure situations with Customer satisfaction and Customer delight as the main aim
