Job Description

  1. Role and Responsibilities:

    1. Executing community engagement programs: Plan and execute various community engagement initiatives to keep the members active, interested and connected with the game and company.
  2. 2. Community outreach: Reach out to members through various channels (e.g. voice calls, messages, email, whatsapp, forums, social media, Discord, etc.) to understand their needs and preferences, as well as to provide support and address any issues.
  3. 3. Feedback management: Collect and analyze feedback from members, and communicate this feedback to the appropriate teams within the company for further action.
  4. 4. Content creation and moderation: Create and curate engaging content for the community, and moderate forums and social media channels to ensure a positive and respectful environment.
