Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. A dynamic Field Sales Representative who will play a key role in generating leads & following up with potential customers on calls and WhatsApp.
- 2. Offering tailored solutions and support to meet client needs.
- 3. Field Visits in order to meet sales goals.
- 4. Identify customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- 5. Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, and digital resources.
- 6. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics to drive success.
- 7. Collaborate with channel partners and team members to build sales pipelines and close deals.
- 8. Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- 9. Negotiate and close agreements with small-scale merchants and vendors.
- 10. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- 11. Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
Candidate Preference
