Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. 1. A dynamic Field Sales Representative who will play a key role in generating leads & following up with potential customers on calls and WhatsApp.
  3. 2. Offering tailored solutions and support to meet client needs.
  4. 3. Field Visits in order to meet sales goals.
  5. 4. Identify customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  6. 5. Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, and digital resources.
  7. 6. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics to drive success.
  8. 7. Collaborate with channel partners and team members to build sales pipelines and close deals.
  9. 8. Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  10. 9. Negotiate and close agreements with small-scale merchants and vendors.
  11. 10. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  12. 11. Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.

Candidate Preference

1. A self-starter with a passion for sales. 2. Familiar with the market understanding of the city. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Very strong relationship-building skills. 5. Above all, a great attitude and a sense of ownership.
