?Key Responsibilities
✅ A dynamic Field Sales Representative who will play a key role in generating leads & following up with potential customers on calls and WhatsApp.
✅ Offering tailored solutions and support to meet client needs.
✅ Field Visits in order to meet sales goals.
✅ Identify customer needs and offer solutions and support.
✅ Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, and digital resources.
✅ Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics to drive success.
✅ Collaborate with channel partners and team members to build sales pipelines and close deals.
✅ Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
✅ Negotiate and close agreements with small-scale merchants and vendors.
✅ Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
✅ Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
