Required Skills:
1. Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software
2. Basic knowledge about Networking
3. Shell scripting/python knowledge for automation
4. Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
5. Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
6. Produce daily/weekly reports/checklist
7. Identifying and resolving technical issues
8. Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
9. Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation's systems
10. Knowledge on Monitoring and Alerts systems
11. Incident Management Process
