Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- 1. To proactively carry out administrative activities such as email replies to clients, handling inquiries, and other tasks assigned.
- 2. To prepare documents with regard to drafting proposals on prospective projects in Coaching, and Consulting and getting them approved, and communicating with clients.
- 3. To follow up with clients, and proposals and create a pool of potential prospects consistently.
- 4. To manage the calendars of the Director, Office activities, and coordinate efficiently.
- 5. To update the CRM and Sales reports and ensure that Data Management is up to date.
- 6. To ensure that Sales are handled for effective conversions through Digital and conventional Marketing strategies.
Candidate Preference
- Exceptional and above-average Communication skills with a fantastic flair for the English language on all fronts.
- Education Qualification: Under-grad/Postgrad in mass media/English Literature/HR/ Psychology.
- Possessing a Driver’s License (GCC) is an added advantage.
