Job Description

  1. Responsibilities:
  2. 1. To proactively carry out administrative activities such as email replies to clients, handling inquiries, and other tasks assigned.
  3. 2. To prepare documents with regard to drafting proposals on prospective projects in Coaching, and Consulting and getting them approved, and communicating with clients.
  4. 3. To follow up with clients, and proposals and create a pool of potential prospects consistently.
  5. 4. To manage the calendars of the Director, Office activities, and coordinate efficiently.
  6. 5. To update the CRM and Sales reports and ensure that Data Management is up to date.
  7. 6. To ensure that Sales are handled for effective conversions through Digital and conventional Marketing strategies.

Candidate Preference

- Exceptional and above-average Communication skills with a fantastic flair for the English language on all fronts.
- Education Qualification: Under-grad/Postgrad in mass media/English Literature/HR/ Psychology.
- Possessing a Driver’s License (GCC) is an added advantage.
