1. Responsibilities:  
2. 1. Edit raw video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, smooth pacing and a visually engaging final product.
3. 2. Trim and rearrange clips to create cohesive storyline and convey the desired message.
4. 3. Enhance videos with appropriate color grading, audio mixing, visual effects and graphics.
5. 4. Select and integrate suitable music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the overall video quality.
6. 5. Ensure the video content meets the required technical specifications and adheres to brand guidelines.
7. 6. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and implement them to improve our video content.
8. 7. Manage video assets, including organizing and archiving raw footage and completed projects.

11. 1. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
12. 2. Strong understanding of video editing techniques
13. 3. Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and compression settings for various platforms and delivery channels
