Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell

Revv’s self-drive car rental services.

● Manage both long-term and short-term sales, ensuring a seamless

customer experience.

● Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing queries, resolving

issues, and guiding customers through the rental process.

● Conduct training sessions for new hires to ensure they are well-versed with

the company’s sales approach and services.

Qualifications:

● Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.

● Experience: Prior experience in customer support or sales is essential.

● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the self-drive car rental industry is an

advantage.

● Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the

ability to work in a team and meet targets.

● Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or

a related field.

● Working Conditions: 6 days working schedule, day shifts
