5. 1. Assist with job posting and advertisement creation on various platforms
6. 2. Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
7. 3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
8. 4. Assist in the development and maintenance of candidate databases and recruitment trackers
9. 5. Support the onboarding process by collecting necessary documents and conducting orientation
