Job Description

Key responsibilities:

 

  1. 1. Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their
    departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
    2. Drive recruitment analytics across the organization
    3. Creating the most appropriate recruitment strategy with HR Manager for every role by providing sourcing & selection solutions via careers page and job portals, social networks & groups,
    employer branding, employee referral program, internal job movement etc.
    4. Should be able to build a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from
    application to joining.
    5. Communicate the expectations clearly and regularly address the gaps if any exists in
    expectations vis a vis action plan of the team member
    6. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to
    find quality candidates and prospect for new business
    7. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
    8. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and
    fired employees, and other candidate relationships
    9. Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database 

 

Candidate Preference

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills 2. Master in Administration – Human Resources or PG in HR (FULL TIME)
