  13. 4. Sales Presentations:
  14. - Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations.
  15. - Convey value propositions and address customer inquiries.
    5. Sales Support:
  16. - Collaborate with the sales team to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  17. - Provide administrative assistance for sales-related tasks.
  18. 6. Customer Relationship Management:
  19. - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  20. - Address customer concerns and facilitate issue resolution.
  21. 7. Market Research:
  22. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and customer preferences.
  23. - Provide feedback on market dynamics to enhance sales strategies.
  24. 8. Sales Reporting:
  25. - Assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics.
  26. - Generate reports to provide insights into sales activities.
  27. 9. Training and Development:
  28. - Participate in sales training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  29. - Seek continuous improvement and actively apply feedback.
