Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying potential customers and markets for products or services.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
3. Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide information about products or services.
4. Collections and Financial Management:
5. Participate in the collection process by contacting customers for outstanding payments and resolving payment-related issues.
6. Market Research:
7. Contribute to market research efforts to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences.
8. Provide feedback on customer feedback and market insights to help improve products and services.
9. Documentation:
10. Learn to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and collection efforts.

11. Availability of highest qualification certificate is mandatory.
