Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in builder projects and getting files to branches
2. Inspection of buildings under construction, and assisting in loan approval process
3. Approval of technical norms within the purview of city & gram panchayat
4. Control over technical agencies empanelled with company
5. Preparing technical MIS & TSR Report
6. Ability to understand building byelaws & map approval process in city and panchayat areas

Key Requirements:
1. Technical due diligence of property to be funded
2. Knowledge on cost of construction and on-going rates of plots/lands in the city as well as adjoining gram panchayat regions
3. Knowledge about construction work stages, types of construction

This is a Apprenticeship Training Programme. B.Tech Civil Freshers can apply.

Availability of highest qualification certificate is mandatory.
