Job Description

  1. Role and Responsibility – Relationship Manager
  2. 1.Act as relationship manager for the Paid customers of NoBroker.
  3. 2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  4. 3. Identify and assess customers’ needs.
  5. 4. Service customer in finding the right tenant / house as per the requirement of customer.
  6. 5. Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.
  7. 6. Use internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.
  8. 7. Negotiate with leads on behalf of customer.
  9. 8. Keep customer up-to date on the progress of his account.
  10. 9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  11. 10. Go extra mile to provide excellent customer services.
