Job Description

1. Act as relationship manager for the Paid customers of NoBroker.
2. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
3. interactive communication.
4. • Identify and assess customers’ needs.
5. • Service customer in finding the right tenant / house as per the requirement of customer.
6. • Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.
7. • Use internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.
8. • Negotiate with leads on behalf of customer.
9. • Keep customer up-to date on the progress of his account.
10. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
11. • Go extra mile to provide excellent customer service
