  2. 1. Manage Adventure Property Portfolio: Oversee all aspects of RidingSolo's adventure properties, ensuring their upkeep, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations.
  3. 2. Liaise with Local Partners: Collaborate with local property owners, vendors, and service providers to maintain smooth operations and address any concerns.
  4. 3. Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues regarding the properties, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  5. 4. Maintain Property Inventory: Conduct regular inspections, document property condition, and manage maintenance requests and repairs efficiently.
  6. 5. Contribute to Growth Strategy: Identify potential new adventure property locations and assess their feasibility.
