Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. 1. Data Analysis: Dive into Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and PostHog to uncover user behavior patterns, identify trends, and inform product improvement decisions.
  3. 2. User Research: Plan and conduct user research activities (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests) to gather insights directly from users, understanding their pain points and needs.
  4. 3. Feature Prioritization: Work directly with our co-founder to define product features, roadmaps, and launch strategies.
  5. 4. Advertising Insights: Track performance of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Analyze data to suggest optimisations and refine marketing strategies.

  7. Qualifications:
  8. 1. Passion for technology and emerging products.
  9. 2. Analytical mindset and a strong interest in data-driven decision-making.
  10. 3. Exposure to any product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PostHog.
  11. 4. Self-driven learner with a natural curiosity and eagerness to take initiative.

    Compensation and benefits:
    1. Rs 20,000/- per month
    2. Travel and stay in Bangalore (prefer local candidates)
    3. Remote internship is also possible.
