Job Description

  1. Key responsibilities:
  2. 1. Handling cold calling and follow-ups
  3. 2. Giving information to prospective leads/students about the course to make them register
  4. 3. Maintaining MIS report
  5.  
  6. Requirements:
  7. 1. Graduates with knowledge of pre-sales or telecalling, and knowledge of HR and recruitment
  8. 2. Candidates from MBA/BBA (HR) (added advantage)
  9. 3. Candidates with digital marketing knowledge (added advantage)
  10. 4. Should have good knowledge of negotiation, marketing, and sales strategies skills
  11. 5. Should have good communication and presentation skills
  12. 6. Should have basic knowledge about computers like PPT for presentations and Excel
  13. 7. Should be able to handle everyday telecalling and generate new leads by own effort and convert them into sales
  14. 8. Should be able to perform the job without any help and achieve the target given by the company
  15. 9. Should be a smart, confident, hardworking, dynamic professional with a good attitude
  16. 10. Should have knowledge of business development growth and should have the potential to achieve targets week after week
  17. 11. Should be able to publish and track properly the weekly, monthly, and yearly business plans to accomplish the same completely at the end
  18. 12. Should be a good team player
