Job Description

1. Key Responsibilities:
   1. Conduct organic synthesis experiments under the guidance of senior researchers to develop novel molecules and compounds.
2. 2. Optimize reaction conditions and purification methods to improve the efficiency and yield of target molecules
3. 3. Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately in laboratory notebooks 
4. 4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute to ongoing research projects and support project objectives
5. 5. Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and workspaces in accordance with safety and compliance standards.
