Job Description

  1. We are looking for dynamic and motivated Operations Interns to join our team in Bangalore.

  3. Responsibilities:
  4. 1. Service Delivery:
  5. Assist in ensuring timely and accurate placement assistance services of candidates through telephonic calls.
  6. Learn and contribute to maintaining standard operating procedures for efficient service delivery.
  7. 2. Candidate Experience:
  8. Contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for candidates.
  9. Assist in streamlining communication and processes for a smooth candidate experience. 
     
  10. Qualifications:
  11. 1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  12. 2. Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
  13. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  14.  
  15. Location: Foundit , 3rd Floor, IndiQube Plaza, Wind Tunnel Rd, Kaveri Nagar, Murgesh Pallya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560017
