Job Description

  1. Key responsibilities:
  2. Lead Generation Intern
  3. Experience: 0 -1 Year (Freshers are preferred)
  4. Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech, with IT/Computer, MCA/ MBA
  5. Location: Remote

  7. Responsibilities:
  8. 1. Sound knowledge of online freelancing portals like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, etc.
  9. 2. Lead LinkedIn & Email marketing processes and generate leads through it.
  10. 3. Understanding the company's services and offerings to integrate various marketing strategies.
  11. 4. Involving in international email marketing campaigns assigned and generating leads.
  12. 5. Actively engaging in lead response management and communication to qualify them and make them sales-ready.
  13. 6. Actively collaborating with the sales team to hand over leads that are sales-ready and ensure the smooth inter-departmental transition.
  14. 7. Maintaining lead reports to ensure complete visibility of activities, execution, and results.
  15. 8. Drive campaigns from planning to execution to meet key performance metrics.
  16. 9. Constantly optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  17. 10. Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives.
  18. 11. Document campaign evolution to monitor the overall performance and identify best practices.
  19. 12. Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
  20. 13. Develop and execute online lead generation marketing plans.

  22. Requirements:
  23. 1. A prior experience of 0-1 Year.
  24. 2. Highly passionate about Sales and Technology.
  25. 3. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the social media Listening and customer experience domain.
  26. 4. Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally.
  27. 5. Understanding of the sales cycle and ability to close the deals closely working with the sales team.
  28. 6. Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team.
  29. 7. Strong Internet research skills required.
  30. 8. Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  31. 9. Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  32. 10. Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.
  33. 11. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
  34. 12. Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  35. 13. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
