Job Description

  1. Key responsibilities:
  2. 1. Handling inbound communication via various means apart from the voice in a professional manner, ie, via inbound emails and chats
  3. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction
  4. 3. Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery
  5. 4. Escalating customer feedback as required
  6.  
  7. Skills & Requirements:
  8. 1. Bachelor's degree only, except for B.E and B.Tech
  9. 2. Only bachelor's degree graduates of 2020-2021-2022-2023, and no BE or B.Tech
  10. 3. Freshers, as well as experienced candidates, are welcome to apply
  11. 4. Typing skill required (25 WPM & 90% accuracy)
