1. About Ladder media:
2. Ladder Media is a knowledge process outsourcing agency specializing in e-learning content services. We are looking for Instructional Design interns for our professional course development projects.
    
3. Roles and responsibilities:
4. 1. Create modules on Articulate Rise / Storyline or mix of both from raw data given to you.
5. 2. Add elements to PowerPoint modules with raw data. Here, you would be required to coordinate with the SME as well in case you wish the SMEs to introduce some subject level changes.
6. 3. Create storyboards for videos to be used either as part of the above mentioned modules or for independent videos. These courses would be either technical such as data engineering, python, ethical hacking etc. or management courses or soft skill courses.
    
7. Skills required:
8. 1. Must have a good eye for design and details.
9. 2. Prior experience in creating content on Articulate Rise & Articulate Storyline is preferred.
10. 3. Must have skills necessary to draft storyboards.
