Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and Exceed Sales Targets: Drive membership sales and renewals by achieving and surpassing defined sales targets.
  • Customer Need Analysis: Identify and understand customer needs, and recommend tailored wellness/fitness programs to achieve their goals.
  • Manage Customer Trials and Feedback: Coordinate trial classes, collect feedback, and proactively follow up to convert prospects into long-term members.
  • Drive Performance Benchmarks: Establish and maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced startup environment.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preference for Marketing, Sales, or Communication).
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development. Previous experience in the fitness/wellness industry is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.
