4. 1. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
5. 2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
6. 3. Support HR initiatives aligned with our business strategy.
7. 4. Handle day-to-day HR operations and address employee concerns.

9. Qualifications:
10. 1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
11. 2. 0-2 years of HR experience.
12. 3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
13. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus

    Location: Remote ( Candidate can be called to Noida Office 1-2 days in a week)
