Job Description

     

    Key responsibilities:

    1. Assisting with the recruitment process, mainly sourcing and scheduling of candidates.

   2. Conducting preliminary rounds of interviews for junior positions. 

   3. Coordinating with newly recruited employees for joining formalities and induction process 

   4. Assisting and coordinating employee engagement activities. 

   5. Maintaining a proper filing system for HR records and creating an online database.

   6. Assisting with automating HR Processes.  Assisting in the day-to-day HR functions and duties

   

    Skills:

     1. Good communication and interpersonal skills 

   2. Ability to work in pressure and adhere to timelines. 

   3. High on ethics and integrity 

   4. Multitasking ability 

   5. Effective planning skills 

   6. Time Management 

   7. Strong follow-ups skills

  

   Qualification and Experience: 

  Any Graduate OR MBA in HR will be considered for this role
