Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
    1. Support HR activities: Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, recordkeeping, and preparing reports.
  2. 2. Recruiting and onboarding: Participate in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  3. 3. Employee relations: Assist with handling employee inquiries, maintaining positive workplace culture, and resolving any concerns.
  4. 4. Compliance and training: Support with ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations, and assist with training initiatives.
  5. 5. Gain valuable HR experience: Learn about core HR functions, develop interpersonal and communication skills, and gain insights into HR management.

    Note:
    - The Stipend will vary based on performance
    - Top-performing interns will receive a shortened internship period and a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
