Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Assist in Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  2. Screen Resumes: Review applications and conduct initial screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
  3. Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
  4. Maintain Recruitment Database: Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates.


Qualifications:


  1. Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and team members.
  3. Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to details and maintain accurate records.
