Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. > Collect and organize HR-related data from various sources, including HRIS (Human Resources Information System), performance management systems, and employee surveys.
  3. > Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to workforce metrics, employee engagement, turnover, and other HR key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. > Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR stakeholders, summarizing key findings and insights.
  5. > Develop visually compelling dashboards to present HR analytics data to senior management.
  6. > Assist in building predictive models to forecast trends in employee engagement, turnover, and other HR metrics.
  7. > Collaborate with the HR team to develop strategies based on predictive insights.
  8. > Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and collaborating with IT to resolve data discrepancies.
  9. > Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR functions through data analysis.
  10. > Collaborate with HR professionals to implement data-driven solutions to enhance HR processes.
  11. > Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
  12. > Conduct benchmarking analysis to compare the organization's HR metrics with industry standards.
