6. 2. Candidate Sourcing: Employ various online platforms, including but not limited to Indeed, Naukri, and Monster, to source potential candidates for open positions within the organization
7. 3. Candidate Evaluation: Analyze candidate profiles in alignment with the organization's requirements, shortlisting candidates based on their qualifications and compatibility with the job specifications
8. 4. Interview Coordination: Facilitate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers
