Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
    1 Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  2. 2 Understanding the Requisitions/vacant positions shared by hiring managers.
  3. 3 Creating Talent Pipeline by Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  4. 4 Calling/Cold calling candidates to find relevant prospects out of bulk databases or pools/ job portals, screening and shortlisting them for further rounds of interview.
  5. 5 Coordinating and updating applicants on interview process, providing feedbacks.
  6. 6 Taking care of documentation and joining procedures
  7. 7 Lead employer branding initiatives
  8. 8 Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  9. 9 Preparing Databases and MIS
  10. 10 Achieve targeted closures
