  1. Roles & Responsibilities :
  2. 1. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across marketing campaigns and monitoring execution end to end
  3. 2. Develop creative ideas & execute them for partner franchises (Like Disney, IPL, Marvel , DC)
  4. 3. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  5. 4. Devise innovative growth strategies
  6. 5. Coordinating with the marketing team, designers, operations and retails team, for end to end execution.
  7. 6. Ideating Content strategies for campaigns.
  8. 7. Amplification campaigns for retail stores.
  9. 8. Good with numbers and analysis.
  10.  
  11. Competencies and Abilities :
  12. 1. Possesses strong communication skills.
  13. 2. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  14. 3. Has the ability to adapt to changes in market interests.
  15. 4. Be highly flexible, adaptable, creative, enthusiastic & a self-Starter
  16.  
  17. Education & Experience :
  18. 1. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification Education & Experience.
