Job Description

1. Key Responsibilities:
   - Overseeing the research and development of new styles for the brand
2. -Managing the design process from conception through to final styling & presenting story, mood board & samples to the head
3. - Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and seek design inspiration
4. - Picking fabrics, colors, designs and more for the product & guide the tailors/masterjis in construction of these designs.
5. -Good knowledge of pattern making, illustration & garment construction
6. -May be required to assist in other operational tasks as required.
