  1. We're looking for a dynamic Marketing and Business Development Associate to join us, overseeing campaigns, conducting research, and contributing to business growth through client onboarding.

    1. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute effective campaigns, research target audiences, and define strategies.
  4. 2. Ideation and Presentation: Generate innovative ideas, present concepts to teams and stakeholders.
  5. 3. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotions, compile financial data for decision-making.
  6. 4. Content Creation: Write and proofread copy, coordinate internal marketing efforts.
  7. 5. Social Media Management: Manage accounts, create engaging posts, monitor performance.
  8. 6. Business Development: Lead client onboarding, exceed course sales targets for stipend eligibility.
     
  9. Stipend Structure: Meet minimum 2-course sales for eligibility, with tiered percentages based on sales volume.
