Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
    1. Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  2. 2. Conduct research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify potential opportunities for digital marketing strategies.
  3. 3. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels to attract and retain customers.
  4. 4. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics, to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  5. 5. Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  6. 6. Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring social media metrics.
  7. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers and developers, to create and optimize digital assets, such as banners, landing pages, and ad copies.
  8. 8. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, and share insights with the team.
  9. 9. Assist in conducting keyword research and optimizing website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and drive relevant traffic.
  10. 10. Provide general administrative support to the digital marketing team, including organizing files, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

    Criteria:
    • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
    • Proven working experience in Digital Marketing.
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
