Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

 

1. Provide prompt, polite, and solution-focused responses to customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media.

2. Track and manage daily orders, delivery updates, refunds, and replacements through our backend systems.

3. Collaborate with operations, delivery partners, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

4. Handle escalations with patience and professionalism, turning unhappy customers into brand advocates.

5. Maintain a daily log of common queries and help streamline internal processes.

6. Be the brand's emotional connection-someone customers feel safe reaching out to.

8. Suggest improvements in FAQ, packaging, or product flow based on recurring issues.

9. Shift timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
