Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answer phone calls and explain the product and services offered by the company
2. Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts
3. Obtain customer information and other relevant data
4. Ask questions to the customer and understand their specifications
5. Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services
6. Make recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals
7. Take and process product orders in a professional manner
8. Maintain the database of the customers on a regular basis
9. Suggest solutions based on customers' needs and requirements
