Job Description

  1. Skillarena: BHARAT KA APNA SKILL DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM with a vision to make quality Skill Development education affordable and accessible for the masses of Bharat!

  3. Responsibilities:
  4. 1. Build strategies to implement mass-level lead generation.
  5. 2. Build and automate processes for effective lead qualification.
  6. 3. Generate revenue through structured pitching, following up, and closing cycles.
  7. 4. Maintaining a constant communication channel with customers, consumers and promoters of the brand through calls/emails/messages.
  8. 5. Achieving the weekly/monthly targets in a performance-driven competitive environment.
  9. 6. Maintaining and updating customer details in real-time on CRM.
  10. 7. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer service teams for a better consumer experience.

    Requirements:
    - Individuals with strong Negotiation Skills and Convincing Power.
    - with a great ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively.
    - pursuing bachelor's or master's degrees in management fields are welcomed
    - possessing strong research and analytical skills.
    - with experience in business fields like Sales, Marketing, Growth and Strategy are a plus.
    - who can be great team players and coachable
