Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and market trends.
    2. Assist in lead generation activities through various channels.
    3. Handle client inquiries and provide necessary information about our products or services.
    4. Support the sales team in maintaining CRM software and other sales tools.
    5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
    6. Assist in the creation of sales presentations and proposals.
    7. Provide regular reports on sales metrics and performance.
     
  2. Qualifications 
  3. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to conduct thorough market research.
  6. Experience in lead generation and client handling.
     
  7. Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the candidate include
  8. Knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
  9. Experience working with CRM software or other sales tools.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  11. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
