About TopCrop:
TopCrop is a recognized startup under Startup India and Startup Odisha, supported by funding from the Government of India and accelerated by CIIE, IIM-Ahmedabad. Our mission is to empower manufacturers/producers across the country to access global markets by providing them with the necessary tools and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Agri-Supply Onboarding: Collaborate with agri-suppliers and onboard them onto our platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- 2. Demand Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate demand for agricultural exports, including identifying potential buyers and markets.
- 3. Operations: Oversee the entire export trade transaction process, from order placement to shipment and delivery, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
- 4. Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, agri-suppliers, and buyers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Candidate Preference
1. Currently in the final or pre-final year of graduation. 2. Proactive and self-motivated. 3. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data. 7. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
