- Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop detailed 3D BIM models for architectural structures, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - 2. Collaborate with architects and designers to integrate aesthetic and functional elements into the BIM model.
- 3. Verify compliance with building codes and standards in the architectural BIM models.
- 4. Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve coordination issues among various architectural elements.
- 5. Generate construction documentation, including plans and sections, to support the architectural design and construction process.
