8. 1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. program in engineering, design, finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields.
9. 2. Excited, willing, and able to learn very fast. Quickly adapt and have a get-it-done mindset.
10. 3. Passionate about Fintech, Personal Finance, and AI.
11. 4. Excellent communication and writing skills.
12. 5. Able to work independently and get things done.

15. 1. Academic background at a top school like IIT, IIM, NIT, etc.
16. 2. Past internship experience at startups.
17. 3. Have experience with any of the following: Python, Flutter, C++, or Java.
