1. We are hiring for Apprentice Training for Solar Manufacturing.
    
2. Roles and Responsibilities: 
3. 1. Hands-on Training: Engage in practical, on-the-job training to learn the processes involved in solar panel manufacturing.
4. 2. Quality Control: Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure the production of high-performance and reliable solar panels.
5. 3. Equipment Operation: Learn to operate and maintain specialized manufacturing equipment used in the solar industry.
6. 4. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a secure working environment.
7. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the end-to-end solar manufacturing process.
    
8. Location: Gautam Solar pvt ltd, Plant no 67-70, Haridwar Sidcul Sec -8A Uttrakhand
9. Training period for 1 year Duration for Apprenticeship Fresher
10. Working time: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Candidate Preferences:

1. Student must have completed B.Tech / B.E.A 2. Minimum 18 years of age. 3. Valid Aadhaar (National identity) Card You should be as a fresher and should not have any previous UAN Number. Your degree should be from a Statutory University, if this information is found to be false then the offer of invalid. If candidate work on Sunday- Will be given extra OT payment
